The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and marketing initiatives within the assigned market. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to expand the customer base, managing customer relationships, and contributing to training and educational programs for clients. A key component of this position includes maintaining a computerized database of customers and prospects while ensuring sales goals and profitability targets are met.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities within budget and established timelines to meet sales objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Maintain and utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
  • Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary guidelines.
  • Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries through social media, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide timely performance reports and feedback to senior management.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively support sales efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring team alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Stay informed on competitor activities and market shifts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and attend company meetings to support overall business growth and development.

Pay
  • Salary and weekly paid out commissions
Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
