Position Overview


The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for building new commercial relationships and expanding an established book of business. This role requires someone who can prospect, close deals, and manage long-term client accounts with equal strength. This role offers a company car, comprehensive benefits, solid base salary, uncapped commissions and generous territory. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop new commercial accounts through prospecting, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts, ensuring retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facilities managers, contractors, and other decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Maintain and utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
  • Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in services, facilities, or trades industries.
  • Strong closing skills and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable developing new relationships and building business from the ground up.
  • Effective communicator with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $45,000
  • Commission: 5% uncapped on all commercial sales booked
  • High earnings potential for strong performers

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
